I’ve recently begun archiving negatives from a whole host of years in photography when my most recent scanning service stopped trading. I’d been searching for a replacement drum scanning service for the past year when I found these guys.
During my research I came across some really bad services that did not deliver quality at all and seemed unable to address my concerns with what they were offering, compared to what they delivered. so I was by this point a little jaded.
All worries and concerns were dismissed once I received the scans I’d ordered from Charlotte. I really can’t fault any part of the service either, in leading up to the scans and after. The scans are of super quality and is what I have come to expect with professional drum scanning, my faith in scanning services are restored. The price point is competitive and the service is confident and assured. I will be using this service forthwith.
